Doris is a wonderful coach with loads of knowledge relating to strength building and nutrition management. She trains with all ages but is especially attuned and educated in supporting women’s health and fitness goals who are in perimenopause and menopause. I can’t begin to tell you the changes I have experienced since working with Doris— no fads or gimmicks. She can provide both short and long term training programs that are about creating healthy lifestyle changes and habits. Don’t wait another moment— book with her right away!!!

Doris was recommended in a local Facebook group when I inquired about trainers that did 1-1 sessions. I’ve been working with her the last six months and my experience has been nothing but positive and pleasant. She’s knowledgeable, truly cares about my goals, health and well being. Doris has also been the first trainer that has accommodates what I need during my cycle times, which is a need. She educates, advises and coaches me when my form needs improvement, and cheers me on when I need it! She is great and is passionate about what she does. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good personal trainer.

Doris is amazing! She is so knowledgeable about every aspect of wellness. She doesn’t push her agenda, instead she helps you reach goals you have set for yourself.
